BREAKING Man Utd announce Michael Carrick leaves club minutes after win over Arsenal



Michael Carrick has stepped down as first team manager and left Manchester United after beating Arsenal.

The Red Devils emerged as 3-2 victors on Thursday evening as Cristiano Ronaldo led United to three points.

However, after three games as interim manager, and United ready to head into a new era under Ralf Rangnick, Carrick has left.

The Englishman has left United after 15 years, and he was initially signed from Tottenham Hotspurs by Sir Alex Ferguson in 2006.

Carrick retired in 2018 when he joined the coaching staff under Jose Mourinho and then under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
