Concerned fans inundated Love Island‘s Paige Turley and Finley Tapp with questions after they failed to post for a few days.
Paige’s last photo saw her in attendance of the Pride of Manchester Awards as she joined Finley Tapp to celebrate the locals in the area – but after that, on May 11, it’s been radio silent.
Paige’s followers were quick to message the star to question whether she was okay, and after a few days she has now been able to give an update.
She wrote: “Had a few messages asking if everything is ok as we have been a little quiet on socials this week…
“Just a little update, I had to go in for v minor surgery so I’m currently on bed rest while Finn plays nurse bless him.”
Paige’s snap saw her with an alien filter on as she wrote: “Legit how I felt when I woke up,” before adding: “Can you hear that??? Just a tiny violin being played.”
Paige was also wearing a hospital gown as she stuck her thumb up for the selfie.
The starlet is yet to share any other information with her followers – but fans are now aware that she’s okay and is recovering well.
Her last snaps before the social media blackout saw the blonde bombshell don a stunning gold sheer dress and an incredibly glamorous makeup look.
Paige opted for a lavish curl as her long blonde hair fell near to her waist as she joined Finn and many other celebrities to give a special mention to all the local heroes.
As the star shared her photos, she wrote: “We had such a lovely night at Pride of Manchester celebrating all the local heroes.”
Paige and Finn have both been big supporters of local heroes and themselves have done a lot of charity work since they were crowned the winners of Winter Love Island 2020.
The couple met on the ITV reality show and the first stint off the winter series of the show – and immediately their connection was clear.
The duo sailed right through to the live final and after a 6-week whirlwind romance became the first winners of the winter edition.
